I came across Jodi in the summer of last year when I was pregnant with my second child. I had been looking for new ways to deepen my sense of self-connection, as well as better support myself through the challenges of motherhood, but was not sure how. When I heard about Jodi’s Sanghas – as well as her mindfulness courses – I knew it was the right fit straight away. I found her mindfulness course both transformational and empowering. I have since continued to attend many of her Sanghas, and I am also in the middle of my second mindfulness course with her. Jodi has a vast wealth of knowledge and experience. She teaches a wide variety of techniques with the intention of always arriving back to self-love and self-compassion (which could not be more needed in today’s world especially as a mumma!). I am better mother and more joyful being since learning from Jodi
