Sacred Remembering:

A weekend meditation retreat for mums

A weekend to be truly nourished.

A space to reconnect with heart, body and soul.

A time to pause and remember:

Who we are | What we need | Our deepest intentions

In the rush of day-to-day life as mums we rarely find the space to connect with our heart’s true wisdom.

During this weekend we will co-create a sacred container where the gentle whisper of our hearts can be heard.

Mornings spent in silence support restfulness, stillness and a profound connection to our inner knowing and intuition.

Saturday afternoon will be free for you to respond to your body’s call for what it needs to feel nourished:

  • A swim in the warm pool
  • A wander in the woodlands or a guided walk to the stone circle
  • A quiet moment to rest, read, reflect, or create in the drawing room.
  • Personal yoga/movement practice for anyone wanting to use the yoga space

During these 3 days: we remove our watches.

We pause in the space between seasons, the silence between words. The emptiness between breaths.

And we return home to our families and our loves ones:
Present. Available. Centred.

Steeped in the sacred remembering:
That all we ever needed is already within us.

“Our hearts expanded with warm and compassionate meditations,

Our bodies nourished with delicious vegetarian food.

And our souls ignited with authentic teaching and sharing

Here we return home to ourselves…Welcome home.”
